Return & Refund Policy

We get it — golf’s hard. Returns shouldn’t be.

Quick Summary

  • Return window: 30 days from delivery

  • Condition: Unworn/unused, tags attached, original packaging

  • Final sale: Gift cards and marked “Final Sale” items

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, items must be in the same condition you received them: unworn or unused, with all original tags attached and in original packaging. Please include the receipt or proof of purchase (order confirmation email is fine).

Apparel: must be unwashed and free of odors, pet hair, deodorant/makeup marks, or damage.
Gloves: must be unworn and show no creasing or wear.
Towels & accessories: unused and in original packaging.

Items returned without prior approval or outside the policy may be refused.


How to Start a Return

  1. Email cantlayupgolf@gmail.com with your order number, the item(s) you’d like to return, and the reason. Photos help if there’s a defect/damage.

  2. If your return is approved, we’ll send a prepaid return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package.

  3. Ship the item back within 10 days of receiving your label.

Tip: Keep your drop‑off receipt until your refund is processed.


Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to our error (defective, damaged, or wrong item), we cover the return shipping.

  • For all other returns (e.g., change of mind, wrong size), we’ll provide a prepaid label and may deduct the label cost from your refund. Original shipping charges (if any) are non‑refundable.

  • We do not charge restocking fees.


Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us within 7 days at cantlayupgolf@gmail.com if an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We’ll make it right — usually via a replacement, exchange, or refund after review.


Exceptions / Non‑Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Gift cards

  • Items marked Final Sale

  • Customized/personalized products (if offered)

  • Used items, including gloves showing wear/creasing

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases (none are typically offered)

If you’re unsure whether your item qualifies, email us before sending it back.


Exchanges

The fastest way to get the right size or color is to return your item and place a new order once your return is accepted. (This ensures your preferred item doesn’t sell out.)


European Union 14‑Day Cooling‑Off Period

If your order ships into the EU, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification. Items must be in their original, unworn condition with tags and packaging. Proof of purchase is required.


Refunds

We’ll email you when we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund is approved. If approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the refund.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us at cantlayupgolf@gmail.com.

Note: Refunds will reflect any deducted return‑label cost when applicable and will exclude original shipping fees (if paid).
