Overview
This Shipping Policy outlines how Can’t Lay Up handles order processing, shipping, delivery times, and related issues. Our goal is to get your gear to you quickly, safely, and without hassle — but once it leaves our hands, we can’t always control the fairway.
Shipping Origin
All orders ship from Federal Way, Washington, or within a 15-mile radius. We currently ship across the United States and select international destinations.
Carriers
We primarily ship through USPS (United States Postal Service). Depending on your location or order size, we may occasionally use UPS or another trusted carrier.

Processing Time
We aim to process and ship all orders within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.
If we experience an unexpected delay (for example, during restocks, major drops, or peak seasons), we’ll contact you via email with an update.
Estimated Delivery Time
Once shipped, most USPS domestic orders arrive within 5–8 business days. Delivery times may vary based on carrier performance, weather, or your location.
International orders typically arrive within 10–20 business days, depending on customs and regional carrier processing.

PO Boxes, APO & FPO Addresses
We can ship to PO Boxes, APO, and FPO addresses through USPS. Please note that delivery times to military or overseas addresses may take longer depending on the destination and customs clearance.
International Shipping
International orders are subject to customs duties, taxes, and import fees, which vary by country. These fees are not included in our shipping cost and are the buyer’s responsibility. We cannot predict these charges or control how long customs may hold your package.
Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages
Once an order leaves our facility and is in the hands of USPS or another carrier, Can’t Lay Up is not responsible for lost, delayed, or damaged packages.
If your order hasn’t arrived or was damaged in transit, we’ll gladly help you file a claim with USPS, but we cannot guarantee replacement or reimbursement.
Pro Tip: Double-check your shipping address before submitting your order. We’re not responsible for packages sent to incorrect addresses.
Holiday & Drop Release Shipping
During holidays, restocks, or special product drops, order processing may take a little longer due to higher order volume. We’ll always aim to keep things moving fast and communicate any significant delays directly by email.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with your USPS tracking number so you can follow your package’s journey. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking to update.
If your tracking hasn’t updated in several days, feel free to reach out — sometimes USPS just needs a nudge.
